Spa: I experienced ultimate relaxation in their spa, where I had the pleasure of indulging in a rejuvenating 30-minute session. It was like being transported to a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city.
Lack of kitchen basics: Missing kitchen essentials like washing up liquid and condiments made meal preparation a bit challenging.

Our duplex villa had a lovely garden with outside seating. the spacious villa was cleaned daily. the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. the location was excellent, very close to the metro and railway station. We enjoyed having our own kitchen and there were numerous eating places just outside the hotel.
Felt cosy, no reason to complain.

Great location on main pedestrian street and close to metro and railway stations. Spacious villa with comfortable bed and daily cleaning. Outside seating in lovely garden. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Lack of kitchen basics such as washing up liquid, condiments, and a corkscrew. Limited kitchen equipment and no occasional table in living area.

I had a wonderful stay at Oca Vitoria Village in Porto. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town and within minutes of all the main tourist sites. The highlight for me was the beautiful communal garden area that the split level duplex led out into. It was so peaceful and relaxing, a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The room itself was large and clean, providing a comfortable space to rest. The hotel's personnel were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the bathroom and kitchen being a bit dated and the lack of kitchen equipment for cooking, it didn't detract from my overall experience. The hotel lacked some essential items like a corkscrew or bottle opener, which I had to borrow from reception.

I recently stayed at Oca Vitoria Village in Porto for a business trip. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say it was an excellent choice. One of the highlights of my stay was the use of the spa. Although the time was limited to 30 minutes per person and stay, it was a much-needed oasis of relaxation after a busy day of work. The spa facilities were well-maintained and offered a serene ambiance, allowing me to unwind and recharge my batteries.
This was an inconvenience for my mother who has bad knees.

The nearest airport was conveniently far away, just what I needed for a long and exciting journey. At the hotel, I enjoyed a buffet breakfast that was absolutely unforgettable.in the most basic way possible.
Who needs clear arrival instructions or hot water in the shower? Cold showers and confusion are all the rage, don't you know?
